Welcome to iSpice! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for using our website and purchasing our delicious spices. By accessing or using iSpice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. iSpice is a subsidiary of DoubleSeven Prime Ventures LLP, a company incorporated and based in Kerala, India.

Placing Orders & Payment

  • You must be 18 years or older to place orders.
  • All prices are listed on the website are based in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be converted to your local currency. The price may vary depending on currency and conversion rates.
  • We accept secure online payments via UPI, domestic & international debit cards, credit cards and major payment wallets through our online payment gateway facilitated by our bank.
  • Your order confirmation email signifies acceptance of your order and these Terms.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and volume of your order.
  • We offer estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and chosen courier service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for unopened and undamaged spice packets within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ispice.in for return authorization before sending anything back.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost, within seven (7) business days.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • All content on the iSpice website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of DoubleSeven Prime Ventures LLP or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.

User Conduct

  • You agree to use the iSpice website for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the privacy of others.
